Everything you need to know about ordering volumetric concrete, choosing mix grades, and scheduling pump hire in Ascot & Berkshire.
Ask A Specialist
How does volumetric on-site batching work?
Our truck holds raw cement, sand, stone aggregate, and water in separate bins. On arrival at your site in Ascot, our onboard computerized mixer batches your chosen BS 8500 grade in real-time. You only pay for what is poured.
What concrete strength do I need for my extension?
Most single and double-storey extensions in Ascot and Berkshire require C25 / FND 2 concrete for trench fill footings. For internal floor slabs, C20 / GEN 3 is standard. Check structural engineer specs prior to ordering.
How long do I have to lay and finish the concrete?
Because our concrete is mixed fresh on site, you get full working time of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on ambient weather conditions.
What if I order too much or too little?
With volumetric batching, over-ordering penalties don't exist! We stop mixing the moment your slab is full. If your trench is deeper than planned, we simply mix extra m³ on the spot.
